I completed a Management Internship during the summer of 2021. I spent 10-12 weeks working 40 hours a week at Wegmans. During the completion of this internship, I learned a lot about different behind the scenes components that go into running the company as a whole. I was able to experience varying types of training. Along with the ability to train others on tasks that I have more experience with. During this internship, I gained a lot of passion to continue to combine the two areas of education and business. In which this had inspired my ISM of Corporate Education.
